    Indeed. Front houses of 26 are far better but the ones in front of the market are not so good. morover, the basic amenities are missing in 26 at the moment. Sector 25 is going to remain most livable for next 5 years...

    large space left for market but never see any construction there. Sector 26 construction time ends sometime in 2015. Even if they start now they cannot make it as nice as sector 25 market. So all in all, residents of sector 26 will be dependent on sector 25 market for any day to day purchase. I see sector 25 to be more livable and developed than any other sector at the moment. Price of land is going to be higher there very soon.

    I think sector 26 is much better. You can't beat the Herbal park & fresh breeze from Ghaggar. Come for a morning walk and then feel the difference. - Gupta

    Sirjee, 14 Marla is for 1 Cr , 60 Lkh for your kind information. Is area is great. This will be better than old panchkula if you want clean air, close to hills, river & gardens.
