    'Newport' of Chandigarh tricity This is a unique type of property, already compared with the sukhna facing belt of houses in chandigarh. Only 100- 150 plots (10 marla, 14 marla & 1 kanal) Prices vary 75 lkh - 1.75 crores. A beautiful drive along the river ghaggar. Hills in the backdrop.Very airy & pollution free. The herbal park is like a lake front park. Definitely one of the most promising residential areas of North India. Haryana govt is also planning a laake narby, by harvesting Ghaggar water. Also many haryana bureaucrats & HUDA official,s have plots here. So the chances are that they will further beautify this area. Sector 26 has the most number of parks than any sector of pnachkula. Overall, i would say - the 'Newport' of Chandigarh.

    I bought a 14 marla here for 75lakhs last year, its running close to 1 crore right now :)

    Quite true, area has a lot of potential, but it will take some 4-5 years. If HUDA pays more attention, this area can become like california.

    Ghaggar facing belt - Posh area, beautiful drive. excellent residential area. 10 years down the line this will be the poshest area of new panchkula. Herbal park is beautiful.
