Quite true, area has a lot of potential, but it will take some 4-5 years.
If HUDA pays more attention, this area can become like california.

Ghaggar facing belt - Posh area, beautiful drive.
excellent residential area.
10 years down the line this will be the poshest area of new panchkula.
Herbal park is beautiful.
