    This is the most beautiful and well planned sector of Panchkula (and chandigarh). There are only Flats in the whole sector. The location of this sector makes its appropriate to live in as Airport, Cricket Stadium, Shri Nada Sahib Gurudawara, IT Park Chandigarh and Panchkula (both) are nearby.
