    Chopra Chopra ho rakah hai yahan to...I called him and visited this weekend. Some of the cheaper plots are not in good area. Avg. per sq yard cost of good location plot is more than 70K per sq yard.

    75 Lacs for a 4 Marla plot in sector 27 seems to be a little expensive but I hope seller settled all the dues like enhancements etc. Considering all that it is a good deal. Congrats and welcome to the neighborhood...

    Yes, same row only, i got it for 75 Lakh. earlier i thot that i paid 1-2 lakh more that what i should have. But now i think i got a good deal as the prices are increasing every week. And i had a clean deal with a genuine seller, that is also a big plus when doing such big deals.

    At 70000/sq yd (the rate for sector 26) 10 marla plot should be around 1.75 cr
