    For high rises the foundation goes quite deep. I means that the building will go high. Do you know whats the FAR there? I think the buildings will go quite high. Anant Raj is going 15 storeys. and this is just one building, they will build 3 more buildings on their 10 acre plot. I see some 50000 people getting employed here eventually. Time to book a Bhoomi flat.

    yes, almost every company has stared the construction. because of relativily smaller plots most of the companies are going for one or more levels of basement and hence the speed of construction is a little slow but it will gain pace once the basement work is complete.

    there are few good commercial SCO and Booths are up for auction by HUDA next month in sector 25 and 26. I hope there are few takers this time and soon we can have development there. There are few shops from sector 27 and 28 too but i don't think anybody would want to setup shop there at the moment.

    25 is a very good sector .. very peaceful.. pollution free.. but some good shops must come now . like eatables and supermarkets. Banks have already come. Few Roads need carpeting
