    That is right. What you could also do is look into the new Panchkula extension part 2 sectors. evenetually it has to develop there also, and it will be well connected through NH73 widening.

    I believe this should be the price.. when you see the price in regular PKL sectors.. they all are hovering 100K+ .. so 75-80K one need to put in per yard in 25,26

    Amazingly fast developments now at Panchkula IT Park. I know it's kind of late but even if they make up now for the lost time it's good for the area. More than 5 companies have now started the construction.
