मनुके नामपर भृगु कि स्मृती मनुस्मृती! इसवी सन पूर्व लगभग १५० से २०० साल इस कालखंड में निर्माण हुआहुवा एक ग्रंथ हैं. मनु यह प्राचीन भारत में लोगोमें आदरार्थी नाम था. मनु बहुत सारे हो चुके हें ऐसी कथा यें हें . लेकीन अपने सामने जो मनुस्मृती हें वो किसी मनुने लिखी हुई नहि हें . मनुके नाम का बुरखा लिये हुये स्मुती प्रत्यक्ष में भृगु नामके लेखक ने लिखी हुई हें . यास अभी के मनुस्मृती ने जो श्लोक हें उससें स्पष्ठ हो जाता हें . याने कि , अपने सामने हें वो मनुस्मृती नामकी भृगुस्मृती हें . सौ पिढीओंको दाफानानेवाला ग्रंथ यह ग्रंथ भारत के इतिहास में सामाजिक दृष्ठीसे जादातर सबसे विकृत ग्रंथ हें . यही वो ग्रंथ हें , जिसने आम लोगोन्की कमसेकम सौ पिढीयां अज्ञान के अंधेरे में दफन कर दि गई. उनके रास्तोंपर छोटे-बडे गढढे बनाये गये , कांटे बिछा के रख दिये . आशा आकांशावोंको जलाकर खाक करके रख दिये . उसकेलीये अपमान और तिरस्कार , लाचारी और गुलामगिरी का वारीस बनाके रख दिया . याने कि , उनका पूर्णतः अधःपात कारवाया गया. मनुस्मृति कानून का तथा नितिनियमोंका आद्य ग्रन्थ हैं एस प्रकार ज्यादातर उसका गौरव किया जाता हैं. लेकिन गौरव करते वक्त येतिहसिक प्रक्रिया सर्वसामान्यत: ध्यानमे नहीं ली जाती. वस्तुत: जो ग्रन्थ आद्य रहेगा वो ज्यादा गलातिवोंसे भरा हुआ रहेगा यह हमको मानना पड़ेगा. कालपरत्वे बाद मैं लिखे गए ग्रन्थ ज्यादा विकसित, पक्व तथा परिपूर्ण रहेंगे ऐसा कहना पड़ेगा. लेकिन मनुस्मृति को आद्य ग्रन्थ मानने वालोंकी भूमिका ऐसी नहीं रहती. एक तरफसे उसको आद्य कहकर मनुस्म्तिती का गौरव करते हैं तथा दूसरी तरफसे उसको सर्वश्रेष्ठ कहकर उसके गुणगान भी करते हैं. इस प्रकार निर्मिती ईश्वर तक अथवा देवता तक पीछे लेके जाने की होड़ में इन्ह चिजोंको अद्यता तथा सर्वश्रेष्ठता यह दोनों गुण चिपकानेमे उनको कोईभी विसंगति नहीं लगती. असली व्यवहार में ऐसी दोन्हो वैशिष्ठों एकसाथ नहीं हो सकती हैं. .....मनुस्मृति यह कानून का आद्य ग्रन्थ भी नहीं हैं, बल्कि वो आदर्श तथा सर्वश्रेष्ठ ग्रन्थ भी नहीं कहा जा सकता हैं.

My guess is that an 8 marla house should sell for 2 cr - it depends on the construction cost for the house but the 8 marla land itself should be 1.5 cr.

The new road is a B-Road to Sector 25. This allows sector 25 entrance even before 24 sector. This is exciting news...

Sangwan's Sir teaching style helped me understand the core concepts of Programming. He always tried to bring the subject alive by giving as many practical examples as possible.
